Tiffany Shimada is a Partner in the Trademark, Copyright, and Advertising Group at Dorsey & Whitney. She received a B.S. in Finance at Indiana University and J.D. from DePaul University College of Law. Tiffany combines her business valuation expertise and knowledge of brand management to advise clients on complex trademark portfolio management and enforcement, copyright, advertising, and social media issues. Tiffany also counsels clients on brand communication and risk management issues, such as claim substantiation, comparative advertising, influencer marketing, and promotions involving sweepstakes and contests.
