Professor Mulraine joined the law faculty at Belmont in 2012 and teaches courses in Entertainment, Copyright, Media Law, Intellectual Property, and Sports. Prior to his Belmont appointment, Professor Mulraine taught for 14 years at Middle Tennessee State University, was Chair of the Department of Recording Industry, and served as interim Associate Dean of MTSU’s College of Mass Communication. He also serves as Of Counsel with the Nashville law firm Bone McAllester Norton, PLLC, where he handles music, film, television, and business matters. When not involved in teaching, scholarship, or law practice, Professor Mulraine enjoys writing and producing in his home recording studio. He is a singer/songwriter/producer with 6 solo releases in the gospel/CCM genre, as well as contributions to several commercial projects including the Grammy-winning “Tribute: The Songs of Andrae’ Crouch.”
