Dr. Homayoon Rafatijo is an adjunct teaching professor of chemistry, a 3L law student, and the president of the Association of Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship at University of Missouri-Columbia. His legal research currently focuses on artificial intelligence inventorship, constitutional basis of intellectual property rights, and developing a priori model to predict parties’ litigation strategies in patent infringement lawsuits. Dr. Rafatijo is also a member of American Chemical Society, and his chemical research explores various computational methods to glean the details of chemistry from big data generated by molecular dynamics simulations.
